1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zyncflow, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
• If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization

2. Service Description

Zyncflow is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides tools for:

• AI-assisted content generation and writing
• SEO analysis and optimization suggestions
• Fact-checking assistance and source suggestions
• Content quality scoring and improvement recommendations
• Export and publishing tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create misleading or intentionally false information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse system resources
• Reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment processing is handled securely by Dodo Payments

8. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
• Unused credits or article allowances do not carry over or get refunded

9. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has defined usage limits (articles per month, features, etc.). Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that significantly exceed their plan limits.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYNCFLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zyncflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zyncflow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
